Cheltenham Festival 2015: Day Four

Like Tweet +1

Friday 13th March

The final day of the Cheltenham Festival 2015 is to be packed with action far beyond the 15:20 Cheltenham Gold Cup. 7 Races take place across the day starting with the 13:30 JCB Triumph Hurdle and finishing up with the 17:15 Grand Annual Chase. Howtobet4free are here to bring you the very best of the action, all on one page!

14:05 COUNTY HANDICAP HURDLE

This race is well known for being able to produce some high stakes winners, making it impossible to ignore the Handicap Hurdle even when it is alongside some of the most prestigious races in the sport. Quick Jack, best priced at 12/1 with William Hill has had success around the fences at Cheltenham before, whilst Savello (best priced 16/1 with WilliamHill) and Modem (best priced 16/1 with Paddy Power) are both great shouts for each way bets to start off your day.

15:20 CHELTENHAM GOLD CUP

It’s the big one! It’s the reason to be drunk by mid afternoon, to remortgage your house in the name of Paddy Power and sit on the very edge of your sweat soaked sofa – The Gold Cup is near! Leading the way is favourite Silviniaco Conti, best priced at 11/4 with BetVictor, but we’re tipping the Irish horse Lord Windermere for back to back victories at the Gold Cup. He is best priced at a very generous 14/1 with Ladbrokes, so get on it and enjoy your winnings!

16:40 CONDITIONAL JOCKEYS HURDLE

Allowing yourself time to calm down after the Gold Cup, we’re waiting an hour until the Conditional Jockeys Hurdle for our next lovely tip. I, for one, can’t see why Batavir is at such long odds (best priced at a huge 20/1 with Paddy Power) and has to be worth an each way bet, whilst Edeymi seems to have the bookies stumped, with Paddy Power offering 10/1 but places like Ladbrokes offering as much as 16/1. There are some huge fluctuations in prices in this race, which could well mean some profit to made, so head over to our free bets page and see what takes your fancy!

17:15 GRAND ANNUAL CHASE

In the last 10 years, only 2 favourites have come away winners from this race, which could well mean we are in for a wide open, profitable end to the festival. However, we may look to buck the trend here, as favourite Ned Buntline, ridden by AP McCoy, is priced at a tempting 10/1 with Bet Victor. However, McCoy will be challenged by Next Sensation, best priced at 14/1 with Betfair, who put in a spirited performance in this race last year, as well as Blood Cotil (12/1 with William Hill) and Monetaire (12/1 with Bet365) both looking good heading into the final race of the week.
