It's the final day of the 2016/17 Premier League season!

The Premier League draws to a conclusion today Sunday with most of the important business wrapped up; Chelsea are champions, Spurs finish 2nd, and Hull City, Middlesrbough, and Sunderland are relegated. Manchester City and Liverpool are in pole position to take the remaining two Champions League places, but Arsenal may be in with a chance if those two slip up!
