Beaten by Bayern
It's hard to see past anything but a Bayern win in this one. The Bavarians are 2/7 with Paddy Power to march on through to the semis, while United are out at a huge 12/1 with BetVictor. We warned you it was a remote chance. The draw is 6/1 with Boylesports.
Missing Bastian Schweinsteiger and Javi Martinez may hamper the holders a bit: we fancy a win, but maybe just by two goals. It's not exactly as if Bayern don't have the squad to call upon. Bayern by two is 3/1 with SkyBet.
Welbeck needs to prove he's not Wel-bad
Danny Welbeck had a decent game for United in the first-leg, only let down by his silly attempt to chip Neuer when put through on goal. He looked extremely likely to score last Tuesday, and if put through his speed might make the Bayern defence pay. He is 5/1 Anytime Goalscorer with Unibet.
We fancy Bayern to score first though (1/4 with Ladbrokes in case you're interested) and Thomas Muller might be the man to do it. The German space-invader is 9/2 with Coral to open the scoring.
Can United nick an away goal?
We think Bayern to win and both teams to score looks like a good bet at 2/1 with Coral. United have been in fine goalscoring form in their recent last two Premier League games, and will take heart from that going into the match.
Half Time/Full Time of Draw/Bayern looks tempting as well especially at 16/5 with William Hill. United will hold out for as long as they can, but it will likely not be enough to keep the Germans at bay.
