Score draw in the Merseyside Derby

Everton go into this game top of the league with a 3 point lead over their Merseyside neighbours. Everton are four wins from four, with Liverpool three wins from four after a shock 7-2 defeat away to Aston Villa in the last round of Premier League games.

The last match between the sides was a very tepid 0-0 draw post lockdown in June earlier in the year. Let's hope it's not a repeat of that, but if you fancy a dull 0-0 you can get 18/1 with bet365! Not a bad bet considering there's been three 0-0's in the fixture in consecutive seasons.

Liverpool will be without their number 1 goalkeeper, Alisson so Adrian will likely start. Better news for Liverpool on Sadio Mane and Thiago, who will be available for a starting place after positive coronavirus tests before the international break. Mane's last (and only goal) at Goodison Park was a last gasp winner December 2016 in a 1-0 win, and Mane to score and Liverpool to win is 9/5 with Paddy Power.

Everton should have a fully fit squad to choose from, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin 6/1 to score with Unibet in the Merseyside derby, looks a decent shout to add to his 6 Premier League goals.

Liverpool haven't lost against Everton in their last 22 matches, but going into this Saturday Everton look more dangerous than they have done for some time. You can get as good as 3/1 on an Everton win with Unibet! Liverpool are less appealing under evens, best at 4/5 with bet365!

I think we'll get another tight game, but with the firepower on show and potential defensive frailties we should see goals. I like a bet on the draw and both teams to score (BTTS) at 15/4 with bet365! We've not seen one since December 2017, but I reckon we'll get on Saturday, get on it!

1st Bet:

Everton vs Liverpool: Draw & Both Team to Score (BTTS) @ 15/4 with bet365!

Both teams to score in City vs Arsenal

Manchester City host Arsenal in the 5:30pm Saturday game with City languishing in 14th place. 4 points from three games make this already a must win for Pep Guardiola against his former number, Mikel Arteta

Arsenal can be satisfied with their start to the season, with 3 wins from 4 games, whilst looking a much more solid defensive unit.

Kevin De Bruyne is out the game after a midweek injury on international duty with Belgium. Thomas Partey should make his debut after his move from Spain.

Pierre-Emerick_Aubameyang_Arsenal_Manchester_City_Betting.jpg

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored two goals in the last meeting between the sides (FA Cup Semi-Final). You can get 10/1  with Betfred on Aubameyang to score two or more goals which isn't a bad bet considering the generosity of Man City's defence.

City have dominated Arsenal in this fixture in recent years, with four wins in a row in this fixture. Arsenal last won away from home in 2015 with a two nil win. Arsenal to grab another 2-0 win this time is 45/1 with Bet Victor!

Both teams like to attack and although both Arsenal and City have added defensive recruits I fully expect to see goals. I'm not convinced on who'll score them, but both teams to score at 8/15 with bet365 seems a banker bet to me!

2nd Bet:

Manchester City vs Arsenal: Both Team to Score (BTTS) @ 8/15 with bet365!

Leicester City to win and both teams to score (vs Villa)

Leicester City vs Aston Villa is a classic good old fashioned Midlands derby! Shades of Dion Dublin and Emile Heskey's time come to mind.

Villa will come into the game on a high with 100% record, above Leicester City in the table and having just spanked the current Premier League champions in their last game. Leicester City meanwhile followed up a win against Manchester City with a less than impressive defeat to West Ham.

Jamie Vardy and Jonny Evans are doubts for the game, but it's hoped they should be fit in time. Villa have limited injury worries and should field the team that dominated Liverpool so well in the last match.

Leicester-City-v-Aston-Villa-Premier_League_weekend_October_2020.jpg

Leicester have won four out of the last five league matches between the sides. Leicester City are 21/20 with Betfred to win the match, with Villa 14/5 with bet365 and the draw 27/10 with Bet Victor!

Villa look much more likely to score this season given the additions of Watkins and Barkley. While all Leicester's league games have been over 2.5 goals, so 4/6 on over 2.5 goals with Bet Victor seems a decent punt for the game.

I fancy a big reaction from both teams, and can see Leicester City bouncing back with a good win. I'm going for Villa to be complacent and Leicester to notch up a win and both teams to score, 13/5 with Paddy Power!

3rd Bet:

Leicester City vs Aston Villa: Leicester City to Win & Both Team to Score (BTTS) @ 13/5 with Paddy Power!
