COMFORTABLE ARSENAL WIN AGAINST WEST HAM

Arsenal face West Ham in the Gunners first home game of the season. Arsenal have a chance to make it 2 wins out of 2 and West Ham are looking for their first points of the season after a poor opening day defeat against Newcastle.

Arsenal were terrific on the opening day against a rather poor Fulham side. Top of the league and a new contract for their star performer, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will boost morale. Arsenal have a strong recent record against West Ham, 10 wins in their past 11 home games. Aubameyang with only one goal against the Hammers in five matches, is favourite for first goalscorer at 13/5 with Unibet.

West Ham may decide to recall Sebastian Haller to the first eleven after a brace in the EFL Cup in midweek. Haller is 10/1 with Unibet to score the first goal of the game and 17/5 to score anytime again with Unibet

The defeat against Newcastle was West Ham's first defeat in their last five Premier League matches. If you fancy West Ham to lose 2-0 again bet365 are offering 8/1 on a 2-0 Arsenal win and 12/1 for a repeat of the Fulham 3-0 victory last Saturday lunchtime.

West Ham have failed to win either of their first two league games in the last three consecutive seasons! I'm going for that pattern to be  repeated this year and would back Arsenal on the Asian Handicap market, Arsenal -1 at 43/50 with bet365!

1st Bet:

Arsenal vs West Ham: Arsenal - 1 Handicap @ 43/50 with bet365

SOUTHAMPTON TO WIN (DRAW NO BET)

The Saints face Spurs in the Sunday lunchtime game. Both sides were lackluster with Southampton going down to a very tepid 1-0 defeat and Spurs similarly defeated by a good Everton side 1-0.

Gareth Bale's arrival is perhaps a little late for Bale to be included in the match day squad, but that may give Spurs some level of boost to help kick start their season. Bale will be much needed in a Spurs attack which looked flat against Everton.

Kane has scored five of Spurs last six goals and has nine in nine against Southampton, and at 7/5 anytime goalscorer with Bet Victor seems good value.

Nathan Redmond is out for Southampton and Stuart Armstrong is unlikely to be fit, therefore the reliance on goals will be with Danny Ings. 7/5 for Ings to score anytime with Paddy Power is a another decent bet!

Southampton have won their past two home league games against Spurs and I fancy the Saints to sneak a win here. Southampton may just catch Tottenham at another opportune moment. I would suggest Southampton to win (draw no bet) at 6/5 with Betfred!

2nd Bet:

Southampton vs Tottenham: Southampton Draw No Bet @ 6/5 with Betfred

LIVERPOOL WIN & BTTS (vs CHELSEA)

Clash of two of the main title contenders; Chelsea vs Liverpool. Both sides started with a strong win in the first week of matches. Lampard would be the happier manager with his side dominating Brighton away from home. Klopp's side stuttered to a 4-3 win against newly promoted Leeds United.

Liverpool managed to get the win and notch up four goals, but Klopp will have worries about the defensive errors. Against better quality opposition Liverpool will have to improve quickly. You can get 11/4 on Liverpool to keep a clean sheet with bet365!

Chelsea are on a good run of form having won six consecutive home league games, If you fancy Chelsea to make it seven you can get 9/4 with Betfair on the Chelsea win!

Salah bagged a hattrick and if you fancy Salah to do it again you can get 33/1 with Bet Victor! If you fancy Chelsea's German recruit, Timo Werner to get one instead you can get 50/1 with Bet Victor!

Two out of three of the last games between the sides has ended with a Liverpool win and both teams to score. I think we'll get that outcome again on Sunday afternoon, and I would recommend 11/4 on Liverpool win and both teams to score with bet365!

3rd Bet:

Chelsea vs Liverpool: Liverpool Win & Both Team to Score (BTTS) @ 11/4 with bet365!
