Wolves to secure three points against the Saints!

Wolves face Southampton in one of the 3pm Saturday games. Both sides have been far from convincing so far this season, but Wolves are showing improvement having beaten Manchester City in their last match and 7 out 9 points in their last three games. Meanwhile Southampton look in trouble having lost their last three.

Wolves chalked up a 2-0 victory against the Saints last season in this fixture, and that looks a likely scoreline this time around. Southampton haven't won in the league since the 2-0 away victory against Brighton. Both teams suffered heavy 3 goal margin defeats to Chelsea, but it's Wolves who appear to have the more solid squad to gain all three points.

Wolves should get a comfortable win and if you're feeling ambitious a bet on Wolves half time/full time at 21/10 with Bet Victor, or Wolves -1 Handicap at 17/10 with Betfair, could be a way to bet on this game. I'm going for a Wolves win at 5/6 with Betfair and for Southampton to continue their poor form.

1st Bet:

Wolves vs Southampton: Wolves to Win @ 5/6 with Betfair

Liverpool to dominate a weakened Manchester United!

This game always has a showpiece feel and despite the gap in quality between the two sides it should be a game of high intense pressing and plenty of drama. Liverpool have a chance to win 9 from 9 in the Premier League, meanwhile Manchester United are looking to improve on their current 12th position in the league.

Man Utd have some key players ruled out with injury and others with doubts including David de Gea, Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Luke Shaw. Liverpool on the other hand should have a full strength squad to select from including Mo Salah, Alisson, and Joel Matip.

It's difficult to make an argument for Manchester United coming away with anything from this game given their form, as well as the way Liverpool have been sweeping all before them. Having said United are unbeaten in their last six home games against Liverpool. United have also only lost once in their last ten matches against Liverpool (3-1 defeat at Anfield). Also three of the six games have finished 0-0 too - 12/1 with Coral this time.

So does the above mean I will be backing Man Utd for the Super Sunday game? No! Liverpool will win and should win reasonably comfortably. 8/11 is available with Betfair and offers good value in my view. Optimists who want a bigger return may fancy a small flutter on Liverpool - 1 Asian Handicap at 13/10 with Bet Victor!

2nd Bet:

Manchester United vs Liverpool: Liverpool to Win @ 8/11 with Betfair

Goals galore between Spurs and Watford!

Tottenham vs Watford is another 3pm Saturday game, with both sides in desperate need of a serious pick me up! Tottenham's form has been of much media attention, but the Tottenham predicament is now on the verge of becoming an outright crisis! It could be the ideal fixture for Tottenham to get back to winning ways against the bottom side, Watford.

Watford haven't won in the Premier League this season, but if you fancy a flutter on the Hornets you can get 7/1 with Bet Victor! Spurs are a reasonable 4/9 with Coral, but I see the value in the goals market! It's fair to say both sides have been loose at the back, with Watford conceding 20 goals so far in the league and Spurs conceding 12 goals. No Lloris (injured against Brighton) and defensive frailties suggest Watford have more than a chance of bagging a couple of goals! Watford have been unlucky in some games so far this season and their luck is bound to change in front of goal.

All of their last three games have generated at least three goals and I fancy more of the same in this one. Spurs can easily score a few and both have big vulnerabilities at the back at the moment. Backing goals is the best bet for this London derby, and over 3.5 goals with Betfair at 6/4 is my pick for the game!

3rd Bet:

Tottenham vs Watford: Over 3.5 Goals @ 6/4 with Betfair

BTTS and West Ham to beat Everton!

The first game of the weekend is Everton vs West Ham. Everton manager Marco Silva will be absolutely desperate for a win now that his team are in the bottom three. Four Premier League defeats in their last four matches means realistically only a win will do for fans who expect much more.

West Ham have had a little bit of a wobble since their 2-0 victory of Manchester United on 22nd September 2019. Two defeats (one which was a 4-0 defeat against Oxford Utd) and one draw mean there is also some pressure on Manuel Pellegrini. However West Ham are sitting five points clear of Everton, in 8th position and look like they have a much solid squad this season to make erodes on the top 10/8 places.

West Ham will see this as a great opportunity to grab a victory at Goodison Park and the Hammers have decent form against Everton; two victories in their past three league meetings. Defensively I feel Everton give you a chance and I fully expect West Ham to score a couple of goals in this lunchtime affair. Everton have plenty of firepower up front to cause some problems, and that's why I wouldn't bet against them scoring.

So what should you be backing? Back West Ham to win and Both Teams To Score at 11/2 with Betfair!

4th Bet:

Everton vs West Ham: West Ham to Win and BTTS @ 11/2 with Betfair
